In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Dec. 21 against Patrick Michael Kennedy of Jefferson on a charge of harassment, amended from violation of a no contact order. Kennedy was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay $100 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs.
A judgment was entered Dec. 21 against Christin Charles Smith of Woodward on a charge of assault- simple. The case was initiated in district court as a charge of domestic abuse assault- second offense. Smith was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Smith must also pa $686 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $116.50 court costs.
Erla Beth Whitenack of Westside was found guilty at a trial Dec. 21 of assault- simple. She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $89.70.
A judgment was entered Dec. 20 against Troy Angelo McGee of Fort Dodge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. He must also pay $150 victim restitution and $126.98 court costs.
A judgment was entered Dec. 17 against Christopher Hollis Christian of Grand Junction on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Christian was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must pay restitution for his court appointed attorney to be determined. Court costs were $115.22.
